Prior to trips, those who are 18 years of age and older, will be required to read and sign an Assumption of Risks and Responsibilities and Release of Liability waiver form. For those under 18, a parent or legal guardian must read and sign the “I agree to indemnify” section at the bottom of this Assumption of Risks and Responsibilities and Release of Liability waiver form.
